Where are all the good designers hiding?

We're a group of small folks who take immense pride in creating usable, world class software products. None of us is a dedicated designer, yet all of us are designers in some sense. However, now we are now looking to get a full-time dedicated designer onboard who can help us navigate the thick and complex waters of B2B software. Here's what would you be required to do:

• Refine and redo existing interfaces, reports and user flow in VWO (please signup for a free trial on the website to see the product in action)
• Make intuitive interfaces for new features in VWO (adding a new feature to an existing product is always fraught with design anxiety, we hope you appreciate and enjoy it)
• Use Photoshop, Paper/Pencil or whatever else is the tool of your choice to do the designing
• Use HTML and CSS (and probably JavaScript) comfortably to help our engineers make your design live
