WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU'VE DONE SO FAR -

You are a techie tester who LOVES automation.

You're a delivery focused geek who has written test automation scripts from SCRATCH (...not just record & play...)

You have defined test strategies and set up test automation frameworks for greenfield, web application development projects.

You're an expert in using Selenium with Java / Groovy for automation.

You have experience / understanding of BDD frameworks like Cucumber / Jasmine.

Agile practices like Test Driven Development (TDD), Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) & Continuous Integration (CI) don't sound Greek & Latin to you... 

You have interacted directly with clients (offshore / onsite) throughout the SDLC, be it requirement gathering phase or final release cycles.

You have rational opinions about testing frameworks, tools, automation etc. and keep yourself abreast with latest developments in technology.

WHAT YOU WOULD DO AT EQUAL EXPERTS -

Create test strategies, define test architecture and set up automation framework for real-time, greenfield, enterprise level web application development projects.

Write extensive test automation scripts from scratch using Selenium with Java / Groovy.

Implement BDD on projects using Cucumber or equivalent frameworks.

Work closely with all the project stakeholders to ensure transparent communication throughout the SDLC.

Ensure that the quality of software you deliver meets the client expectations as well as Equal Experts' standards.

Mentor fellow QAs on automation; best testing practices etc.
